Substitutions and cancellations

After your registration for a workshop has been processed, any change in registration must take place BEFORE the beginning of the workshop session or on the first day of the workshop. A refund may be requested through the end of the first day of class, after which time no refund will be processed. A $25 fee will be assessed for each refund requested. BYU Benefits Services will not pay cancellation costs. You will receive a full registration refund if the program is canceled for any reason. The university will not be responsible for any cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions. Refunds require several weeks to process.
